Teri and Dillon have a very unique approach to Real Estate.  Since both of them really do well in a partnership . . . a team . . . together, they decided it was the best thing for them and for their clients to work as a team in real estate.  Another detail that makes them very unique is that they are mother and son.  Their clients will benefit from their commitment to each other and to their real estate business. 

Although Teri is a full time Realtor, she also enjoys many other "full time" parts of her life.  She and her husband, Chris are very involved in their church, Alpine Church of Christ.  They love the opportunities there for Bible study, small group activities and more.  Their personal ministry is through the Boy Scout Troop 621 which is sponsored by Alpine.  Chris is the Scoutmaster and Teri serves on the Troop Committee.  They also chair different district events and enjoy it all so much.  Teri has been involved in Scouting for over 20 years.

Dillon grew up in Longview and attended Pine Tree I.S.D.  His knowledge of the Longview and surrounding area and his love for what he knows as "home" is such an asset to his clients.  Dillon enjoyed attending LeTourneau University and played on their golf team.  He is still an avid golfer.  When Dillon isn't helping clients and isn't on the golf course, you may find him bowling or fishing.

         
It is evident with Teri's and Dillon's decision to create their real estate team that they are both very family oriented.  The rest of the family are great blessings in their lives.  Josh, is married to Jackie.  He is an attorney and works with the Flowers Davis Law Firm here in Longview.  Their first child arrived on Christmas Eve 2009.  Ryder Lee Swain joined the family and we couldn't be more proud.  Chaska and her younger brother, Andy, live in Dallas were Chaska has launched her own clothing and accessories store called "Just add Jeans".  Andy graduated from UTDallas and is not only working with Chaska in her business but also looking for work, like so many college graduates are these days.    

Teri is currently serving on the Texas Association of Realtors Board as a Director and is a member of the Political Affairs Committee and serves as a Legislative Liason for our area.  She is also a member of the Longview Area Association of Realtors' Board as a Director and serves as Co-Chair for the TREPAC Committee and Chairman of the MLS Committee on a local level.  Involvement in the area Realtor association helps Teri keep in touch with the latest legal matters, educational opportunities and local market trends.  Dillon is serving on the TREPAC Committee and on the MLS Committee.  Both find it necessary to give back to the real estate industry and to always strive to make it better. 

At Suzanne Cook and Company Teri is a Broker Associate.  She was named 2008 Top Referring Agent, 2006 Top Listing Agent, 2002 Rookie of the Year and has been a consistent Gold Star Performer with our company.   She was honored by being named "Realtor of the Year" by our association for 2007.  Most recently, she was named among the Best of East Texas in the Longview News Journals Readers Choice Awards.
